....Some More Word Work!!

Hopefully if you are reading this, you read my post over at Kindergarten Lifestyle and you grabbed a copy of the sight word rings for your word work center.  If you haven't read that post yet then head on over there first by clicking on the picture below, then join me again when you are done :)
Okay, now onto your next freebie for the day :) In the back of the word wall word cards I added in additional cards with color words, number words, and then the 'FUN' cards as the kids like to say--cards with words and pictures!
Click on the picture above to grab your freebie!
I love having these rings in my word work center and the kids do too. They are so proud of themselves when they can spell new words and eventually start to read these words!! Hopefully you are able to enjoy these with your kids too!

  2. Hey Caitlin,
I love your word cards, thanks for posting the freebie. I'm still waiting for my copy of Daily 5 to come in (it should be here by next week) and then I'm jumping in with you guys on the book study.

On a side note - it was really great meeting you last weekend. I'm going to start messing around with pages soon so I might be emailing you if I can't figure it out. Thanks again for sharing your cards.

  5. I totally agree that some kids just need something more than a word wall. I've used student made word rings before but I LOVE yours! I think I may find a way to use both. =) Thank you so much for sharing these!

  9. Lauren, it should be fixed. Once you are in the google doc go to file, download, then save from there! :)

  21. Just a note of thanks for your thoughtfulness and generosity. I laminated, cut and added these to the loot bags for my daughter’s birthday party. Yes, I plan to keep learning on their minds and hopefully in their hearts all through summer.
